"If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 15 days of purchase as long as the packaging has not been opened. In case you have opened the packaging and are not satisfied with the product, please contact us at 0800000 and our customer care agent will provide you with further guidance on how to proceed with the return process. You can select from the options below for returning your product/s."
Option 1
You can directly return your product/s directly to 3rd Floor, 95, Civic Centre, Gulberg Greens Executive Block Koral Town, Islamabad, 54600, once we receive your products at Stembioo we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
Option 2
Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Stembioo, We will deduct Rs200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
If you suspect that your product has been tampered with, please make sure to keep the original product and its packaging, if possible. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back for further investigation."
